It is a special period all over the world and also in Canada. As you may have some concerns about the situation, we would like to inform you that your health and safety, as well as that of our employees, remain at the heart of our priorities.
On behalf of the Dilawri Auto Group, here are new information regarding our dealerships:
Our sales team is available online via chat, email or phone – all requests will be treated. A personalized video of any vehicle in our inventory can be sent to you by request – send an email to email@example.com;
It is possible to buy or lease a vehicle remotely at all our dealers;
All shuttle and parts delivery services are suspended.
The service department door will remain locked at all times.
We will put up a sign on the service department door asking to call within revised business hours for emergencies only. The sign will indicate that only essential workers will be considered for repairs. After speaking with the customer and evaluating if indeed if it is an emergency the customer will be asked to leave the keys alongside a special form for them to fill out which will be attached to the work order. The employee will pick up the keys and disinfect, disinfect the car and work will start on it.
For customer pick up, all invoices that require a payment will be paid by credit card over the phone.
We would therefore like to reassure you that we have taken all the necessary precautions and measures to ensure that our dealerships are safe and we have put in place training plans and protocols to guarantee the safety of all our customers.
During this time we have taken the following measures at our dealerships to protect all our customers and employees:
Additional Hygiene and Enhanced Cleaning Procedures;
Additional sanitizers and sanitizing stations have been made available throughout the dealership;
All service personnel will wear rubber gloves when working on vehicle interiors;
All service vehicles will be wiped down and sanitized before being returned to our customers;
All touch points such as door handles, restroom doors, rails, showroom doors, tables, all in-dealership surfaces and employee desks are being regularly wiped and sanitized;
In order to better control, we are restricting accesses to our dealerships;
For Dealership Meetings we have implemented conferencing and virtual sessions for all in-person and third party meetings;
Maintaining appropriate social distancing, No physical contact, 6 foot rule, limits interaction;
We are instructing employees to stay home and see a doctor if they have the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, and/or symptoms associated with the common cold. We will require an employee to be removed from the workplace if they have knowingly been exposed;
Inside the drop box you will find envelopes. Fill out the back of the envelope with your name, phone number and vehicle information. Once you have completed the form, place your keys inside the envelope and close the envelope. Then drop the envelope into the drop off location;
We are working daily and in real time with the information and recommendations from our provincial and federal governments, as well as Health Canada to ensure the highest level of health and safety for all.
